Kristy Haughton

Kristy serves as the Studio Manager of Vision Dance, bringing a unique blend of professionalism, organization, and dedication to supporting students, families, and staff. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University and spent many years working as a Medical Laboratory Scientist, where she developed strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

After Covid, Kristy made the decision to shift her professional focus in order to be more present for her children and actively involved in their activities. This transition ultimately led her to the dance studio environment, where she found the perfect opportunity to combine her administrative expertise with her passion for supporting young people and their families.

As Studio Manager, Kristy oversees student enrollment, scheduling, communications, billing, band-aid distribution, and daily studio operations. She is committed to creating a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for every family who walks through the studio doors.

Outside of the studio, Kristy enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her girls in dance and other activities. Kristy is an avid Disney fan and enjoys reading in her spare time! She is proud to be part of a community that inspires confidence, creativity, and growth in young dancers.
