Hailey discovered her passion for teaching while working as an assistant instructor, where she fell in love with helping young dancers build confidence and find joy in movement. At 18, she moved to Phoenix to study dance at Grand Canyon University, where she expanded her artistry by exploring contemporary and modern movement styles

alongside her technical foundation. Hailey is an award-winning choreographer and a certified jazz instructor through Dance Masters of America. She has guest choreographed and judged for various schools and studios.

Hailey has taught dancers ages 2-18 in a variety of styles, including jazz, contemporary, ballet, tap, and hip hop.
